Hutson Enterprises, Inc. carries a business owner’s policy with an omnibus schedule that includes money and securities in the amount of $12,000.00 on premises, $10,000.00 off premises, accounts receivable $10,000.00 and employee dishonesty of $10,000.00. We also carry Rhode Island Real Estate Errors and Omissions Insurance with a leasing and property management endorsement and the Massachusetts Real Estate Broker Bond.
    
    Our fees are structured on an individual basis dependent on the services and needs provided to the client.  Fees for Buyer's Representation may be of little or no cost to the buyer-client for properties listed within State Wide Multiple Listing Service, Inc. (RI), and the MLS Property Information Network, Inc.
