Mr. Hutson holds a broker’s license in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts and is a member of the Greater Providence Board of Realtors®, Rhode Island Association of Realtors®, National Association of Realtors®, State Wide Multiple Listing Service, Inc. (RI),  and the MLS Property Information Network, Inc.; the largest and most comprehensive Multiple Listing Service in New England.  

    Mr. Hutson has been awarded the ABR® designation (Accredited Buyer's Representation) by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council of the National Association of Realtors®.  On a national basis, the ABR® designation is awarded to only 3% of the members involved in all aspects of the real estate industry.  Additionally, Mr. Hutson has achieved the GRI designation from the Graduate Realtor Institute of Rhode Island, and the RAM (Registered Apartment Manager) designation from the National Association of Home Builders. Mr. Hutson actively attends industry seminars throughout New England and stays current in continuing education courses required for licensing.
