    Hutson Enterprises, Inc. does not commingle funds and maintains an escrow account as required by law. Monthly financial statements will always include a copy of the monthly bank statement.

    We have “hands on” experience in new construction as well as remodeling and rehabilitation of both single and multifamily properties. We have an excellent relationship with many contractors, tradesman and suppliers. We competitively shop all service contracts and supplies.

    When leasing apartments we use a comprehensive application process to screen prospective tenants.  All prospective tenants are screened through CoreLogic SafeRent.   A variety of screening choices are available including Eviction History, Previous Address History, Terrorist Alert, Multi-State Criminal, Multi State Sex Offender, Credit Report and more. 

    We are an Equal Housing Provider and are in accordance with the requirments of the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U. S. C. 1681m(a).  Our leases are drafted by local attorneys and are customized to the individual property. Hutson Enterprises, Inc. is current and well versed in the RI Landlord and Tenant Law. We provide the RI Lessor’s Lead Disclosure forms, Federal EPA & RI Lead Disclosure booklets, the Massachusetts Mandatory Licensee-Consumer Relationship Disclosure forms as well as the newly implemented Rhode Island Mandatory Real Estate Relationship Disclosure forms.
